Q: Where can I pick up TenderDirect registration forms?

A: Our registration forms are currently available at:
All 13 PKK (Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor) offices in Malaysia.

All City and Town Councils in Malaysia

JKR Headquarters and State Offices

JPS Headquarters and State Offices

Min. of Education Headquarters and State Offices

Min. of Health Headquarters and State Offices

Min. of Agriculture Headquarters and State Offices

Other Government offices including MARA, PKNS, Jab. Agama, Jab. Perhutanan and Jab. Landscape

Q: Why do you reject email addresses from Hotmail.com?

A: We have observed that hotmail accounts have a high tendency of late mail delivery. In addition, it has a high rate of returns (non-delivery).

Q: I registered previously but did not use the service then. Can you extend the trial for me?

A: Please send us written confirmation by email or fax and we will extend the trial for you accordingly.

Q: How do I register? Do I have to pay immediately?

A: You can register
Online - at http://tenderdirect.com.my (you will gain immediate access with this method);
Pick up an application form/brochure at any PKK office or Government Agency in Malaysia (click here for full list), fill in your details and fax to 03-40421099; or
Call us at 03-40421266 for an application form and we will fax it to you immediately.
No payment is required at the time of registration as we give you the first 7 days FREE to evaluate the service before confirmation.

Q: How do I get my password?

A: If your registration is successful, your password will be emailed immediately to the email you used during registration. You should open up your email program and check your mail for login and password information.
This usually happens within minutes but if you have not received your password within 15 minutes, please call us and we will assist you.
The most common reason is that the email address provided is incorrect and the password cannot be sent.

Q: I have completed the registration form but nothing happens

A: Please make sure you have read and consented to our Terms of Service (you will need to tick on the little box to confirm your acceptance) and click on the confirm button at the bottom.
If your registration is accepted, a confirmation is posted on the following page and your login and password information would have been sent to you by email.
If you are still having problems with the registration process, please feel free to call us for assistance.

Q: I registered previously for your 7-day trial and did not take up a full subscription. Do I need to re-register if I am interested to continue?

A: You do not need to re-enter your information again as it is still in our database. Please let us know of your interest and we will reactivate your account.
