A: | If your registration is successful, your password will be emailed immediately to the email you used during registration. You should open up your email program and check your mail for login and password information. This usually happens within minutes but if you have not received your password within 15 minutes, please call us and we will assist you. The most common reason is that the email address provided is incorrect and the password cannot be sent. | |
